HAPPILY EVER AFTER

BEFORE

AFTER

If you follow me on Tumblr, then you saw me rambling about DIYing the shit outta these JC Tardys! Well they're finally done, 2 days of pure hell!  Like the cracked spray paint was an added bonus cause they look all worn in, like distressed leather. At first I was like "oh shit I fucked up" but now that they're done, I LOOOOOOOVE THEM! You??

More details to come...

Hey Mickey...DIE!

(everything thrifted from head to toe)
vintage leather Minnie Mouse leather jacket, vintage polka dot swimsuit, vintage DIY studded platform mary janes, vintage leather gloves, vintage DIY studded bow, vintage Mickey Mouse head bag, thrifted ears and tail and vintage cross necklace

 HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
At first I didn't want to dress up for Halloween cause Momma felt she was too old but since Ephraim begged me to for his friends' party. I thought I could pull something outta my ass, last minute, for old time sakes.Which I think turned out fucking hilarious!!

I'm happy I did cause all the other parents were dressed up and all the little girls died over my costume. Saying they wanna be Minnie Mouse! Awwwwww that just made my night! Gotta love the kids.

THAT PAULY SHORE MOVIE...

(everything thrifted from head to toe except shoes)
vintage army camo jacket, vintage DIY destroyed demim shorties, vintage crochet sweater, vintage leather backpack purse, old beanie, Lulu's triple platform wedges, vintage cross necklaces, random rings, round mirror Lennon sunnies and Target socks

And noooooooo, Pauly Shore is NOT Pauly D. from the Jersey Shore!! That's what my son asked me, haha lmfao!
He was the raddest dude of all-time, along with Wayne and Garth, hoooooowl! Looooove "In The Army Now"...buuuuuddy! It's so 90s, it hurts. Yeah if you don't know then you're extremely uncool and need to do a Google search stat! Jk jk.

I was on the fence about a camo jacket cause when you live in Texas you instantly think douchebag. You know that I'm going hunting guy who drives a big fucking truck in the city...like the only bumps in the road are speed bumps cause this is a fucking family neighbor...ya douche! Haha...that guy? But I overlooked it and got one anyways since it was only 50 cents...(remember?)
I thought I'd go along with the trashy appeal it gives off and added a slouchy sweater, destroyed denim shorties, knee highs, plats and of course a beanie. My next step is to add patches/buttons, hmmm...idk?

Anywho, hope you loves?

I DYE TO LIVE

(everything thrifted/vintage from head to toe)
vintage crochet sweater DIY dipped dyed by me, vintage Frye DIY cropped booties, vintage ethnic fringe bucket bag, Target trouser socks, vintage Smokey the Bear hat, vintage southwestern buckle belt, turquoise cross, elephant and vintage cross necklaces, Mad Lady turquoise and triple stone rings and vintage skintight mini dress underneath

10 years ago I would have been the girl you beat up for making her own clothes...you know what I'm talking about?? Hahaha, nowadays who gives a fuck!!

Yeah I DIYed majority of my outfit, sweater and booties. The sweater was dipped dyed in "black" but turned out this faded navy purple which I LOOOOVE! Which turned this plain old crochet into fucking cro-HEEEEY!! I'm telling you a little bit of Rit dye can go a long way. Even save a life!!

Now the booties I have had like FOREVER and only bought them cause they were vintage Frye boots. LABEL WHORE! They were all kinds of jacked up, knee hi and too wide for my legs so I whacked them by cutting off the top. Then folded it inside until I got the perfect ankle height and sealed with Shoe Goo. Me likey cause they were already worn in, beaten up and scrunched! They was pretty much asking for it!
Now I can stop obsessing over the ones online that are waaaaaay outta my budget, like up to frickin' 200-300 bucks dude! Like my wallet is just hurting thinking about it.
So if you got some old knee hi boots laying around the house I recommend you cut them for a fresh new look!

Love y'all,

MOTHER EARTH

(everything thrifted from head to toe)
vintage paisley fringe capelet, vintage haute white maxi dress, vinage DIY leopard head wrap, vintage southwestern aztec belt, vintage Moroccan fringe clutch, vintage cross necklace, item by Johanna crystal necklace and black cross earring, old elephant necklace, round Lennon sunnies and random rings

As you can see as you scroll through my blog that my style can go from 60s to 90s in a matter of days! I'm a super moody dresser and sometimes I just see an item and obsess about all day. Like this capelet...I tried selling it many years ago but no one would take the bait and being that I don't like to just throw shit away. I placed it in my "maybe one day I'll fucking wear this" archive!
Well it popped up out of nowhere when I was looking for something totally different, like TA DA MUTHAFUCKAS...LOOK AT ME! And I noticed it indeed.
It keep whispering, "DRAPE ME"! (Yes, my clothes talk to me, hehe!)
And so I did. I added this insane vintage white dress and all my boho goodies too! Which thrown altogether created the perfect slouch. Ugh I looooove that!!

Now watch my next outfit be something totally off the wall, lol!

Love you all and THAAAAANK YOOOOOU so much for all the support you have been giving me left and right! It really means a lot to know that my don't give a fuck attitude on life inspire others to be themselves. It just melts my heart!

LET ME TELL YOU A SECRET

(everything thrifted from head to toe except shoes)
vintage Victoria secret pajama palazzo pants, vintage suede fringe jacket, American Apparel bodysuit, vintage DIY crochet fringe bag, Blowfish cork wedges, DIY crochet turban head wrap, Forever 21 cross/coin necklaces, vintage bangles, Items by Johanna snake cuff and random rings

So I'm not Victoria Secret's biggest fan due to my negative A tits but since I found these pajama/palazzo pants while thrifting I can honestly say, "Go Victoria Secret!!"

I haven't been thrifting in awhile so I was on a mission to find greatness. When I found these pants I swear the racks parted as they float towards me as baby cherubs sing and unicorns danced!! I did the "FUCK YEAH" dance and may have scared a few old ladies. I gave them one final look and said, "Gotcha bitch" and headed to the mirror to try them on! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT...size small, omg, wtf, yeeeeeeees!!

What made it even better was my 50% off coupon from Value Village...they cost me ONLY 90 cents!! I gave myself a pat on the back for that shit, Mama did good!!

Before I go I must say THANK YOU to all my lovely readers, new and old! It takes a lot of time to run a blog but knowing you have over 2400 people in your corner makes it all the better. All I can say is thank you for the support comments write ups 10 times over!!
