(insert NIRVANA song here dude)

Romwe two tone leather trench moto jacket/zipper cuff, vintage Pendleton plaid flannel, H&M Nirvana tank, Zara mullet chiffon skirt, old beanie, vintage leather backpack purse, vintage cross necklaces, Beginning Boutique cage ring, customized spikes/studs Jeffrey Campbell Tardy boots and random rings

Grunge ain't dead cause it's still alive in my clothes, hehe!!

Anywho since I've been blogging I feel like my hubbie buys me more clothes that's more his style, simple minimalist chic, which I love on him but my style is more all over the place. Oh my gawd could you imagine if we had the same style, sounds cute but in real life we would clash...opposites attract, okay! I'm not going to lie but I do love my hubbie in a tailored business suit, damn...so hot!

Okay enough of me drooling over my man and back to what I was getting at. He bought me this lovely mullet skirt from Zara, worn alone it's a little too girly for me but once I grunged that shit up...it's kinda perfect! Thanks lover!

Oh and before I go, thanks to everyone who entered the Romwe $80 for 2 giveaway! If you haven't entered yet, check it out here. Ends November 21st!

TEXAS SWEATER WEATHER

Romwe aztec southwestern fringe sweater cape, Zara man blouse, Forever 21  leatherette skinnies, vintage leather backpack purse, customized spikes/studs Jeffrey Campbell Tardy boots, Target long tank, old beanie, Mad Lady tribal stone cuff, Beginning Boutique cage ring, vintage bangles, random rings and vintage cross necklaces

The weather in Texas is bipolar...I've been freezing my imaginary balls off for the past week and it decides to be 80 degrees today!! My bones thank you but my coats like hate you, boooooooo hiss!

If I have to put my coats off for another day I'm gonna find the nearest cliff and fuckin' jump off it. I just don't know how much rejection they can take, especially seeing my sweaters get all the attention. Ugh, clothes can be soooooo demanding!

IT'S NOT SO SIMPLE...

vintage leather moto jacket, Romwe leather patches sweater, vintage sheer sleeveless blouse, vintage leather shorties, old beanie,  Nasty Gal JC Tardy boots with customized spikes/studs by me, vintage leather backpack purse, vintage cross necklaces, Beginning Boutique cage ring, Mad Lady tribal ring and Target socks

Ugh I fucking love Romwe, they always have the coolest shit without breaking the bank! I always find myself begging my hubbie to buy me stuff...like this sweater, hehe.  The pleather patches were just hypnotizing me through the screen, causing me to go into begging mode. I just needed it in my life, you know! Fudge.

So I was stoked when Romwe asked me to do a giveaway of $80 to 2 of my lovely readers!! Yays.

Here's the rules:

1. You must be following VintageVirgin cause this is exclusively for my readers, DUH! So just scroll right up to the top and click follow

2.  Next go to Romwe.com and sign up for an account. You're going to need it to collect those winnings.

3. Once you're done pop back over to VintageVirgin and leave me your email address in my comment box under this post only.

Sounds easy right?

The two winners will be chosen at random on Monday, November 21, so you have 2 weeks to enter. Good luck cause you can buy a whole lot with 80 bucks on Romwe, trust me!!

Okay on another note, let's talk shoes...
They were quite easy to make. All you need is Jeffrey Campbell Tardy boots (I got my from Nasty Gal for $99 on sale), textured rubberized spray which can be found at your local hardware store exacto knife and spikes/studs from Spikes and Leather on eBay.

First you spray the shoes evenly with 2 coats and allow to dry overnight. Do not over spray, it has a sand paper like texture so the more you spray the more it clumps up.

Next place studs anywhere of your chose. I picked the back of the shoe for a cool effect kinda like the spiked Litas. The studs are 3/4 double prong and the spikes are 1/2 with screw on backs. I also used an exacto knife and power drill to make the holes. Now that's the hard part, whew.

Finally go back through and touch up any chipped paint along the edges and then you're done and done, son!

It doesn't require a lot of skills, just BALLS cause you could be fucking up a pair of JCs. Get a friend to help you and mark before you cut or drill!
