vintage bell slvs oversized heart sweater, vintage DIY destroyed denim shorties, vintage Smokey the Bear hat, vintage crochet slouch bag(before fringe), DIY stacked platform boots, vintage necklaces/bangles and B.E. rings
I was supposed to be posting this like hours ago! What can I say I'm fucking lazy plus my sister called and we talk like we never had conversations with the outside world.
Hate to cut this lovely session short but
now I have to go do something with Ephraim. Nothing like bonding over Legos!
Thanks for all the love and Teresa SUPER THANKS for the lovely shoots darling! Be sure to check out her blog, here.

ADD-ONS

vintage crochet beaded tunic dress, vintage crochet hobo bag with DIY fringe and LuLu's triple wedge ankle boots with DIY studs
Technically I can't call these DIYs due to they were already awesome and I just added more shit to them.
The crochet bag idea came to me when I went online searching for the perfect fringe bag only to find them seriously overpriced. So I did what I always do, MAKE IT MYSELF!! Found the bag while thrifting and then went on the hunt for cotton yarn that's the same color and texture. Thank you Wal-Mart! Then tied them along the bottom of the bag. Make the fringe as long as you like. I made mine long enough to where you can still see my shoes. It's super easy and  took me about 30 mins.
The LuLu booties just needed a little extra so I added studs across the front to make it look like a real studded strap. Genius, right?? Can't wait to wear them. They're like over 9 inches tall so I have to workout my shins and calves before putting them on or I'm catching a charley horse! Fashion is pain and I always take one for the team! OUCH!!
Love to love ya but I gotta split! Work and then family shit!

POP OFF!

vintage neon orange corduroy pants, AA oversized stripe man blouse courtesy of American Apparel, Dolce Vita for Target gladiator wedges, vintage straw boater hat, vintage oversized cross necklace, vintage Things tote bag and B.E. rings
So I've been DYING to try the colorblocked/pop of color trend for like weeks now! My orange cords was the perfect solution. Not only are they the perfect color for my skin tone but I thought the stripes in the cords was a good mix with the oversized stripe top. I decided to tone it down since the pants and top can speak for themselves. A simple hat, cute tote and espadrille wedges.
When Joel told me he was getting me shoes from Target I'm not gonna lie I cringed a little! Don't worry I'm not a Target snob!! They just always have a weird fit and plus I like my shoes sky high. But since I'm outta the loop I didn't know Dolce Vita made shoes for Target. 5 points for Joel!!
Tonight's our anniversary and were going to my FAVORITE place, Boiling Crab!! It's Asian style crawfish, lobster, shrimp, crab...etc done in this spicy boil. I like to leave with my lips swollen and my eyes and nose runnin'! Ahhhhhh it just so fucking good, SERIOUSLY I can't wait!
Well I gotta go and start picking out what I'm going to wear tonight. I suck at dressing down but I have to since it's going to get really messy. I'm thinking red skinnies and B&W oversized polka dot tee, idk??
LOVE YOU ALL,
Virgin
