SWAMP THING

vintage acid wash studded denim vest, Urban Outfitter crochet tribal romper, vintage studded cross baseball cap, vintage cross necklaces, Lulu triple platform wedge buckle booties, vintage leather backpack purse, vintage bangles and B.E. rings
A little words of advice if you're going to dip dye your hair...DON'T USE SPRAY IN COLOR!! Oh my SATAN! It ruined everything in it's path. All you would see is little puffs of lime green dust every time I swing my hair! The neckline of my vest and romper are a nice lime green hue...oh joy, oh bliss! Plus it made my hair feel crunchy and dry. Within a few hours I had to wash it out. I know coloring your hair is a huge commitment but trying to take the easy way out can make things more complicated. BOOOOOOOOO! It was fun while it last...wonk wonk!
Love to love you but the gym is calling. I need to tighten up for the Summer!

ENCHANTED SIDEWALK

Zara leopard oversized blouse, vintage Smokey the Bear hat, Urban 1972 lace boudoir shorties, vintage satchel bag with customized fringe by me, vintage southwestern belt, H&M sunnies (a gift from Darine), Jeffrey Campbell Solvang woodies, vintage oversized cross necklace, vintage bangles/watch and B.E. rings
I LOOOOVE a good realistic leopard/cheetah print!! So when Joel bought me this top from Zara's I almost slapped him!! The fit, the print...the sheerness, it's more than a girl could ask for.  I instantly tried it on with my JC's...added lace shorties later to cover my crotch. I could have easily been a victim of the no pants dance!! The wood in my heels inspired me to go for a southwestern hippie vibe, plus I've been dying to show off my latest creation...my fringe bag!! Ummm for some reason leather straps is hard to find in Texas so my bag is actual kinda undone. I wanted to add fringe all the way around for that "WOW factor" but this will have to do for now. I also added white yarn in the back for a nice peekaboo contrast. Let me know if you love it too!
Anywho, now that I'm jobless I must say life is fuckin' sweet! I've been getting sooooo much shit done, I don't know what to do next. I seriously need to work on my social networking but when you have a "don't give a fuck" outlook on life. It's kinda hard to GIVE A FUCK!! I'm more of a whatever happens, happens when it comes to my blog. I would love to have some bloggertunities lined up when I go to NY for the Summer. If you have a vintage shop you want me to check out or you just wanna hang when I get there just hit me up at vintagevirginblog@gmail.com.
Love you guys with all my vintage heart,

THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR

lots of goodies from TopShop and H&M
a polaroid of Ephraim at age 3 taken at Darine's place when she lived in Houston
an old Asian photo booth pic from when Darine first moved to San Francisco in 2005

When I got this package from my girl, Darine, I literally cried from the pictures inside! It was a walk down memory lane and really shows how much I miss my bestie. This year I am determined to get my ass to the great NYC...even if I have to start walking NOW to get there by June!! hahaha!
THANK YOU DARINE for the sweet gifts and I LOVE YOU to death dude!!
See you in the Summertime!! I already got that Will Smith song stuck in my head, hehe!
