vintage Boondock Saints tee with customized studs, Zara boyfriend jeans/faux fur leaopard bag, Nasty Gal Suspect platform, vintage chain belt, Romwe spiked cuff, vintage DIY spiked wrap bangle, eBay evil eye ring, H&M silver cuff, random bangles/ring

I'm still a little skeptical about wearing tees sometimes cause when you have no tits you instantly look like a boy in them. But I love this vintage Boondock Saints tee so I added studs to the collar so now you know this boy is a girl, lol!

Ugh still sooooo effin' busy you guys and on top of that it's hot as FUCK! So I've just been lacking everywhere cause the heat instantly put me in a coma since it drains my soul. But if you wanna stay up-to-date with me, just follow me on instagram @realvintagevirgin. I finally decide to join the 21 century and realize some douchelord is using my name and pictures on there as if they're me, lol! So unfollow that asshat, you've been bamboozled and follow Mama now.

MINKPINK Suped Up Slashers Competition

Where in the hell have I been, lol? I have been swamped people, SWAMPED! Like I'm trying my hardest to not let the opportunities I achieve from blogging keep me from blogging...if that makes sense.

Anywho how many people have entered the MINKPINK "Suped Up Slashers Competition" to win a $1000 wardrobe? All you have to do is...

You know I had to DIY my own, which was heavily influenced by the 90s and Clueless. I used vintage smiley face fabric from an old project, 99 cents daisies from WalMart, studs and Shoe Goo.  Don't worry I'm not your competition ladies but I'm dying to see what you make. I really want one of my readers to win and show them we got mad style over here. So get your submissions in on Facebook!

Love it?

Chillin' in the BK!

For Love & Lemons stripe double split maxi skirt, borrowed Reformation top, Nasty Gal spiked headband, black velvet platforms, vintage chain belt, oversized round sunnies, vintage silver bangles, eBay evil eye bracelet/ring, H&M silver cuff, DIY vintage spiked wrap bracelet, Beginning Boutique cage ring, vintage leather backpack and random rings

So this time around I was able to experience Brooklyn life and I must say it's a lot calmer than the city. Like the other day we walked the bridge to Manhattan and it was pure chaos as soon as we stepped off...people and cabs everywhere! After shopping my favorite trendy slut stores in Soho, I was dying to get back.
Well today's my last day in the BK and it's bittersweet. I've made a lot of connections and met some pretty cool people. I'm already planning a trip back, lol!

How's everybody else' Summer?

behind the scenes at my photo shoot with Miyako

I don't wanna give it all away but here's a few shots from yesterday. I'm so used to taking the reigns and dressing myself so it was nice to see what she had in store for me. I guess I can add Vintage Chola to my roster of alter egos, hehe! Loved everything, the studio was sick, right off the water, like you could see the frickin' Statue of Liberty from every angle...it was that close.
It was like the best day ever and as we were driving home we saw Alexander Wang and I swear I saw Iggy Azalea in a bodega in Brooklyn, working that blonde ponytail and ass!  I'm usually nonchalant like whateves but when you see your faves on the same street, you just have to do a double take.

No one gives a fuck in New York and I just LOVE that...I wish I could take NY home with me.

More to come!

Crash & Burn Robinson maxi dress, vintage DIY silver eagle headpiece, borrowed Alexander Wang lace up booties, lace bralet, silver metal choker necklace, vintage silver bangles, eBay evil eye bracelet/ring, crystal necklace, Beginning Boutique cage ring and random rings

So my bestie recently moved to Brooklyn and has an insane new space that I love. When I first opened the door I thought, "Holy shit this is amazing!" Very antique chic if you ask me...I just had to take pics in front of all this amazingness, plus I had the perfect dress from Crash &Burn to make it all come alive.
They also gave me a 20% off discount code for all my lovely reader on anything in their store. Just enter VINTAGEVIRGIN in the discount box and BOOSH...20% off!

I'm really enjoying my time in New York. I have a photo shoot of my dreams today with my friend Miyako. Which should be a blast since I'm obsessed with her photography and personal style. So I cannot wait to share those with you!

Hope everyone else is enjoying their Summer? Lord knows I am!!

Ajak Deng for Nasty Gal

Nasty Gal July Lookbook
Model: Ajak Deng
Photographer: Paul Trapani
Stylist: Ashley Glorioso
Makeup: Stacey Nishimoto

WOWZA, look at Ajak doing her thang over at Nasty Gal! I just had to share this with you cause I feel like this editorial is my everything and embodies a sophisticated edgy I hope to one day achieve in my own style. And those lucite heel shoes, DAMN...no words.

Anywho, Sorry I've fallen off the face of the planet. I'm in New York now and don't have a wifi connection so I will be blogging sporadically until I get one, booooooooooo. Maybe the bar next door has one? Hmmmm....blogger problems yo!
